For those ranges with a limited number of calibers being used...
The standard tray will sort the 9MM and 223/5.56 into one bucket and 308/7.62, 40S&W as well as other into another. The sorting tray is changed to the 223/9MM and the bucket of 223/9MM is then further sorted.
For batches where only 223/5.56 and 9MM cases are being sorted, the first sort/tray can be skipped.
For those requiring high volume sorting!
Our Triple Base combines three Model 4 Ultimate Sorters mounted on a sturdy base. The motorized shaker table vibrates the supply for efficient visual preprocessing. The angle of the table may be adjusted to provide the ideal flow for the needs of each operation.
This item requires simple bolt together assembly. Estimated assembly time is 1 to 2 hours.
NOTE: This does not include the electric controls as shown in the video. Further testing has shown the overflow protection to not be needed. The customer should provide an outlet strip or other method for switching.
